A poignant sweetheart piece from the end of the Victorian era. This is a travelling silver photo frame in hallmarked silver. The case is of rectangular form with a central hinge. The interior has a gilded aperture for a photograph, with a removable glazed border. To the top is an attaching loop for a fob chain or chatelaine. The exterior is plain and stylish and this charming collectable piece was retailed in London's fashionable West End. Dimensions below.
