The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 21179654 which dates it back to 1917. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the crown. The gold filled case was made by the Illinois Watch Case Company.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.
The signed white enamel dial has a couple of very faint hairline cracks at 4 and 11 o'clock although only noticeable through a jewellers loupe but otherwise it is in nice condition
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
