The broad rim sloping toward a concave edge, and thence the flat centre of the charger.
The centre of the charger filled in a powder blue with a scene of a scroll handled planter filled with tulips and ferns. The rear with a small foot rim.
Date circa 1740.
Height 2 inches, 5cm.
Diameter 13 1/2 inches, 34cm.
