Description

This absolutely stunning antique riviere necklace has 21 cushion shaped clear quartz gemstones mounted in silver with rope-twist decoration and interspersed with silver ball detailing. What a beauty!

In excellent antique condition, though the half of the clasp which slots inside is a historic silver-plated replacement. The stones are bright, sparkling and well matched, free of chips and scratches.

The secure clasp is marked SS, which looks very much like the mark of Samuel Smily, a London silversmith working in the late mid-19th century.

Length: 15 and a half inches, just under 40cm. Please check this is the right length as it won't fit everyone!

Size: Each quartz measures around 1 x 1.2cm.
