Description

An extremely impressive and fine quality French Louis XV style boulle red tortoise shell and engraved brass inlaid bracket clock. The clock has very good quality bronze gilt ormolu mounts with cherub finial to the top, front and side glass viewing windows and a decorative boulle floor and back door.

The clock has an eight inch cartouche brass gilt dial with white enamel numerals and a French 14 day going movement with outside count wheel which strikes the hours and half hours on a bell.

The clock movement has been cleaned and serviced and comes with a 12 month guarantee.
