A beautiful Victorian sterling silver book chain, likely originating from England. A lovely piece of antique craftsmanship with links decorated with tiny cut-out patterns and contrasting textures.

The piece is surprisingly lightweight and easy to wear thanks to the cut-out design and the cunningly designed hollow end caps on the crosslinks.

Marked STERLING.

In very good antique condition. Fixes with a working springring clasp.
