Handsome George III oak cased longcase clock with 8 day striking and moon phase movement having a brass and silvered dial by William Eastwood of Burnley (active 1750-75). Original iron weights. The case in superb un-touched original condition is a lovely rich dark honey colour with great waxed patina, The movement has just been overhauled and is in perfect working order. Comes with all keys.
Size; 89" high, 23" wide at hood cornice, 10! deep.
