Description

Very handsome late 19th.c. mahogany console table c.1880. Later associated top on a superb 19th.c. base with a broad gadroon carved edge over a single long drawer fitted inside for cutlery etc. Raised on a fine pair of scrolling acanthus carved front supports on a serpentine plinth and very slim turned pad feet. Beautifully figured flame mahogany veneeres arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the drawer front and sides, back panel and plinth. Oak drawer linings and groundwork. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
