Description

This is a wonderful and rarely seen pair of early 19th century Peat Bellows, in working order, a highly decorative fireplace accessory, a wonderful talking point.

Made from a dark turned wood and cased in polished solid brass with a heavy cast wheel which operates these bellows. They have been completely and professionally over-hauled and even the driving band looks to have been replaced, making these suitable for use as well as their decorative appeal.

Exceptional, in excellent condition and measuring 20 1/2" long x 5" wide x 6 1/2" tall.
