Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The upper stems tapering outward in reeds to a chamfered collar, above the rose tree stem, finished to the bottom with a ringed collar, as per the upper stem, before spreading to a dome foot, decorated with hop leaves, surrounded by dished and reeded outer rim. The whole raised on square mould edge plinths, standing on lion paw feet.

Depth 4 1/2 inches, 11cm.
Date circa 1880.
