A wonderfully decorative pair of desk-top postage scales with a stunning heavy cast brass base with foliate scrolls decorating the top and each weight holder having a wonderfully decorative English Tudor Rose adorning the bottom.

The pan is engraved " Postal Rares For Letters Not Exceeding 4oz 1D (meaning one penny).

Marked "Warranted Accurate", they remain in excellent condition, measuring 7" x 4" x 4" tall.
