The stone is secured in a four claw platinum collet with sweeping curtain detailing in the gallery. Spear-shaped shoulders are set six (three each side) eight cut diamonds of graduating size, leading to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.

Accompanied by a GIA certificate, report no. 6325600633 (laser inscribed on the diamond).
Cut – Old European cut (eight cuts in the shoulders).
Colour – D (E to F in the shoulders).
Clarity – VS1 (VS1 to VS2 in the shoulders).

Carat – 0.72 (with an additional approximate 0.09 carat in the shoulders).
Circa – 1915.
Measurements – The diamond is 5.49 x 5.53mm. Sits 6.2mm from the finger.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
