Description

Gents early 1960s Smiths Astral wrist watch.

The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement, stamped Made in England, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The main body of the case is gold plated and it is in good condition, just the odd minor mark, nothing too noticeable at all. The case back is stainless steel. It states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. There are a few scratches to the back of the watch.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed is in its original finish with original hands and a subsidiary seconds dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
