This is the very desirable Precision model.
It is quite stunning with a champagne coloured dial which is in wonderful original condition. A new glass has been fitted and the case and bracelet professionally cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.
The calibre 282 17 jewel manual winding movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect from Rolex the watch is fully marked Precision on the dial and movement, the bracelet and case are fully hallmarked and the bracelet marked Rolex with the logo on the clasp.
Amazingly it comes complete with its box and paperwork which is quite remarkable.
Rolex are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class.
The watch case measures 16mm in diameter not including the crown.
It is long and fits a maximum wrist size of 7 inches or 17.5cms but this can easily be reduced by any competent jeweller.
Overall this watch is in beautiful condition and looks as if it was hardly ever worn, it would certainly make a perfect gift.
This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.
The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
