Description

A brass bound teak trunk/chest with ornately carved fitted interior with many compartment and good storage below a lift out tray. The brass bound exterior is very decorative with brass carrying handles and double lock plated and escutcheon. Probably made in Northern India in the 19th century, it is a really fine example.
