Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
It features an over sailing top rail above a blind fretwork carved frieze and stands on unusual carved Brangaza feet. It has a Vono frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled. Good warm patina and colour to the frame. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails and which make a very solid bed (no base or mattress included).

Beautiful patina and good colour. Wear and marks commensurate with age. There are some old mends to the delicate blind fretwork carved frieze and some wear to the corners of the top rails (see photos).
