Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The table top with crossbanding facings and rounded corners, above a frieze set with a pair of flush frieze drawers, each mounted with a knob handles, brass key hole insert and opening to good mahogany linings. The frieze finished to each corner with turned drop finials.
The pylon ends joined by a turned and tapered stretcher, finished with rounded paterae.
Date circa 1840.
