Always highly sought-after, Napier Recipe cocktail shakers are harder and harder to come by. This one is a very rare example featuring a gold plated bowler, only a small amount of these were made and are even more in demand.

This one has just come back from our silversmith's workshop where it has been overhauled, returning it to it's former glory, many of these are in very poor shape.

The shaker incorporates a gilded inner liner with all the ingredients engraved on it. When in use there is an arrow on the outer sleeve which you "dial" to point at the cocktail desired and the ingredients then show though the window.

The underside is signed by Napier and " US and Foreign Patents Applied For".

This is a large example standing 12 1/4" tall with a diameter measuring 3 7/8" An exceptional addition to the finest of bars.
