Ornate Snuffer Snips on Old Sheffield Plate Tray C1800

Description

An Ornate pair of snuffer snips which are silver plated on steel anf with rubbed makers marks. On an Old Sheffield Plated Tray engraved with the initials 'CAS' and tinned to the base. Dating to c1800 there is gorgeous edging and decoration to the tray.

In good condition - slight wear to tray and slight copper bleed.

Total weight approx. 412g

Length of snips approx. 20cm.

Tray measures approx. 24cm x 11cm.
