Pair of Swedish Art Deco Satin Birch Armchairs

1920 - 1940
Description

Very stylish comfortable pair of original 1930’s Swedish Art Deco armchairs which have just come over from Sweden & been polished, plus re-upholstered in our regular cream natural cotton fabric.

They have shell shaped partitioned backs with satin birch arms & legs. The seats are sprung & are quite soft to sit on & very comfortable. The curved shaped backs provide very good back support.

While we have had & will have more fluted back Swedish Art Deco armchairs, this particular design are a one off.

Width – 26 inches, 66 cm

Depth – 34 inches, 86 cm

Height – 30 inches, 76 cm

Seat height – 16 inches, 40 cm
