Georgian Oak Longcase Clock. Circa 1760

18th century
Description

Fine early George III oak longcase clock with 8 day striking and rolling moon movement by Richard Bullock of Ellesmere, recorded working mid 18th. century. The movement has been fully overhauled and is in perfect working order. The handsome case is in fine original condition. Note the high quality brass mounts to quarter columns and hood. The case is a lovely deep rich nutty colour with great patina. Comes with all keys.

Size; 85" high, 22" wide at hood, 11" deep.
