Description

Beautiful set of six Regency era rosewood dining chairs c.1830. Slim solid rosewood frames of particularly good colour and grain. Gracefully curving top rail and rear stiles, back stretchers with a lovely carved scrolling acanthus detail. Loose seat pads recently upholstered in a soft lichen coloured woven chenille. Raised on crisply turned and tapering front legs with segemented detail. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
