This is an adorable item of Victorian devotional jewellery - a heart locket with seed pearls in a cross motif on the front.
The locket is in very good condition, no hallmark, but tested as 9ct gold.
It opens and closes well and has no major dents and dings; the pearls are firmly in place.
The locket is 2cm long and has space inside for two photos or keepsakes.
Supplied without a chain.
