Description

Antique French marble top cabinet of small proportions dating from around the 1920’s period & in excellent condition.

It has some exquisite gilt bronze mounts all over & a beautiful oval floral marquetry panel on the centre door. The wood is mainly mahogany & kingwood, while the marquetry is satinwood. Please enlarge all the images, especially to see the fine details on the mounts. Check out the filigree work around the top.

The inside is polished mahogany & there is a key for the lock. This cabinet has fluted sides & sits on tapered fluted legs, with brass capped feet.
