Description

This handsome antique table top gong which has 2 cattle horns mounted on an English oak base dates from the late 19th century.

This highly decorative gong has silver plated mounts, a blank central cartouche and the brass gong is suspended between the two horns. This is nicely polished and makes a loud dong when struck with the wooden striker.

This impressive gong would look super cool in a hotel, restaurant or bar and would also make a great dinner party feature in the home.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with signs of wear in keeping with age. Some warm copper colour showing through on silver plate. Some small marks and tarnish.
