The watch has a nicely jewelled stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.

The watch measures 67mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop so it is larger than the standard 50mm pocket watch. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1910s piece. The watch has a gold inner bezel around the lens.

The glass lens is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The enamel dial has a faint hairline crack to the bottom between 5 & 6 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition. Blued steel hands (initially pin-set), a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes with a heavy gauge double albert watch chain with compass fob. Each of the longer chains measure 27cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The compass lens is slightly cloudy from years of use.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
