Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
They date from around the 1930’s period & have just been re-polished. All the drop in seats have just been re-upholstered with our regular natural cotton fabric.
The legs are tapered with spade end feet & there are many cross stretchers joining the legs which give them more strength.
It’s very hard to find a nice set of 12 chairs like these. I very rarely get a set with more than 8 chairs.
