This is a wonderful antique locket from the mid – late 19th century, created in 15ct gold. There is a seed pearl set to the centre in an elongated star setting within a gorgeous rich bottle green malachite coloured enamel circular section. The surround has been beautifully fashioned with gold scrolls and ivy leaves with ropework edging. To the rear is a locket ready to enclose a photograph of a loved one. A fine example of an alluring piece of Victorian jewellery. A part of our antique gold pendant collection.
