Hamilton Grade 992 21 jewel pocket watch
This is a really beautiful Hamilton Grade 941 21 jewel pocket watch. It has a high grade 16s lever set movement that has adjustments for temperature, 5 positions and Isochronism.
The dial is true Railroad grade style with bold Arabic numerals and outside red 5-minute numbering.
The case, dial, movement and hands are virtually mint, The gold filled case is an original Hamilton which closes nice and tightly and has a hinged front to allow easy access to the lever setting.
This is one of the best watches they ever made.
Serial number 1706796dates the watch to 1925
All my clocks and watches are fully stripped down for cleaning and repairs. I make parts where needed in the style of the original using the most suitable materials.
All watches are cleaned in an Elma professional watch cleaning machine before repairs and lubrication.
I use the finest Moebius HP Syntalube fully synthetic oils and greases as these are the only lubricants recommended by the BHI.
All watches are timed and regulated over a full week on an Electronic timing machine to better than 1 minute per day before they are offered for sale.
