A handsome travel inkwell covered in a stunning piece of polished antique Tortoiseshell dating to around 1890 / 1900, late Victorian in era and beautifully decorated with an intricate and delicate silver pique inlay.

The press button to the front releases the hinged lid. the interior is metal lined with the glass ink chamber being removable for easy refilling and cleaning.

Excellent condition without damage, measuring 2" x 2" x 1 1/8" thick.
