This George III mahogany linen press was made circa 1800

The top cupboard section has a pair of flame mahogany doors each with delicate cross-banding around the edge and an indent moulding to each corner.
When the doors are open, they reveal sliding linen trays. These can easily be removed so that a hanging rail can be fitted inside if required.

The base section is fitted a pair of half width drawers with 2 graduated full width drawers under fitted with brass swing handles.
