Welsh Oak Livery Cupboard. Circa 1780

18th century
Description

Superb welsh oak two part livery cupboard or Carmarthen coffer with raised arch paneled doors and dummy drawers to top section and pine lined drawers to base. Single fixed shelf to top and having lovely wide oak boards to back. Polished top. All in superb un-touched original condition with no repairs. Original brass handles. The finest richest colour could wish for with magnificent waxed patina. As good as you get.

Size; 55" high, 53" wide, 20.5" deep.
