The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Probably made by Coalport, c.1820, unmarked.

It measures 28cm (11") long, 6cm (2 3/8") wide and 7.6cm (3") high.
Condition is very good and it displays well but one swan head has been restored. This has been done very well and professionally but the tone has become slightly creamy and the gilding has been done in gold paint and has dulled. No damage or other repairs. The enamels are lovely and bright and surface wear to the gilding is minimal, just a small amount to the other swan.
