Antique Late 19th Century Flemish Carved Oak Free Standing Corner Cabinet C1890

Antique 19TH Century Flemish Carved Oak Free Standing Corner Cabinet and dating f4om around 1890. Constructed from solid oak it has a moulded and flared cornice top over a deep carved cushioned frieze with carved masks to each side . There is a single panelled door with geometric long cushioned panel to the centre surround by moulded edges with carved roundalls. It has a brass escutcheon and working key. Internally there are three removable shelves. To eCh side of the door is a carved and moulded column. The base there is a central moulded panel flanked on either side by a cushioned panel. It is 4aised on bun feet.

MEASURES: 64” HIGH X 21.5” DEEP X 37” WIDE AND SIDE DEPTH 23.5”

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
