Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1940s.
This watch is from c1945-48.
The case measures 38mm in diameter excluding the winding crown which makes this a 'jumbo'.

The movement is a calibre 30T2 probably the most famous movement ever made by Omega, this was the movement used in the Battle of Britain pilots and navigaators watches so it has a lot of heritage and is almost bombproof.

It is obviously fully serviced and restored.
The watch has been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Omega in all respects. It has been professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

It is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers parts. Each part is then thoroughly cleaned in a three stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturers approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give you reliable and dependable service and will not require further service for many years.
