Original Georgian cut steel and leather etui sewing necessaire, circa 1800
The case with cut steel bezel frames with shaped pinned tabs, good hinge and catch
Fitted with all original bodkin, stiletto, loop button hook, mirror, scissors, needlecase and folding knife.
The case is pretty full, may be one tool missing, not sure.
All in very good condition, some darker marks and light oxidation to the steel, the leather good and sound with fine shagreen textured surface.
Height of case 2,7/8'' or 73mm, weight 46 grams.
