1905 Royal Doulton stoneware ''Death of Nelson'' centenary commemorative tea set.
Glazed in typical Doulton stoneware palette, cobalt blue, soft sage green and treacle brown.
Relief moulded with a roundel of The Victory, and a portrait of Lord Nelson, inscribed England Expects Every Man Will do his Duty, Born 1758, Died 1805 with rope handles, comprising teapot and cover, milk-jug and sugar basin, impressed factory marks, teapot 5,1/4'' or 135mm high.
The teapot spout chipped and glued otherwise all in excellent bright sound condition with no other damage or repair.
Gross weight 1272 grams.
