Typical Viennese cold painted bronze/brass, the back stamped Made in Vienna.
Good tight hinge and click shutting lid.
In excellent condition with little wear to the original unrestored painted surface.

A rare piece in this condition, probably given out by salesman to shop keepers to promote their product.
