Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The chairs are large & extremely comfortable. They have just been re-upholstered in our regular cream natural cotton fabric.

This set is antique Queen Anne style in walnut, dating to around the 1920’s period. Please enlarge all of the images to see the wonderful deep hand carvings all over. See the deep carvings around the table top, on the tops of the solid walnut legs & especially the hairy paw feet. The burr walnut patterns on the top of the table are stunning. The chairs are the same, with pierced carvings on the top of the backs, carved overhung arms, superb carvings on the tops of the legs & the hairy paw feet.

We really need to take some more close up images of the carved features & may do so soon.
This set has just been French polished & re-upholstered to the highest standard.
I would strongly advise viewing if possible, because it’s much nicer in real life.

We also have the matching sideboard listed separately which would be nice to have with this set if one has the room.
