Silver mounted shagreen cased silver framed spectacles, circa 1790.
The frame with long double hinged side pieces, original round glass lenses with about 3x magnification.
Not hallmarked, stamped on one sidepiece D 24
Spectacles in excellent condition with good tight hinges, no damage or repair and little wear.
The case in very good bright condition, opens with push button and snaps shut, good hinge, some light shrinkage and minimal decolouration of the shagreen.
