Description

This stylish 2 piece silver plated cocktail shaker which dates from the 1930's is by renowned silversmith Asprey & Co, London and has a wonderful Art Deco design. This high quality shaker has an art deco twist lid which has an integral strainer, a pouring spout and is in the style of a milk churn.

The twist design of the lid means that the cocktail can be shaken when in the locked position and then, by turning the lid to the front, the cocktail can be poured through the spout.

Marked: A & Co. Asprey London. 2797S. 91.

Condition: Excellent used vintage condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. A couple of very light surface scratches and small dings. The inside is clean with just a little staining.
