A very fine, circular, 8 inch diameter, solid silver salver/ card tray. This card tray is of the finest quality workmanship. It has no engravings or embossing; the only decoration being the lovely gadroon border. It stand nice and sturdy on three very attractive feet . Hallmarks, along with the Lion Passant (indicating sterling silver) can be clearly seen underneath for the London Assay office with a date mark 1927 along the maker’s marks for the silver maker: Josiah Williams & Co.
Would make a wonderful gift or could be used as a presentation trophy!
Condition: In lovely condition, no dings to the silver.
