Description

Superb pair of large colonial era planter’s style armchairs c.1920. Teak frames with shaped top rails, long shaped arms on turned front stiles, swept rear legs for stability. Very generously proportioned padded backest and seat with exceptional and original leather covers in a thick but beautifully soft tan hide with interesting criss-cross detail and brass studs. Some minor wear to the leather, otherwise very good original condition.
