Description

A Pair of 19th Century Decanters.

Each decanter with a star cup stopper, decorated to the rounded edge with dimples. The stoppers fitting within a broad rim, and ring neck. The necks sloping outward and downward to mallet shaped bodies, decorated with falling flutes. The lower bodies with a band of dimples, as per the stoppers, and the undersides with star bursts, as per the top of the stoppers.

Date circa 1850.
