Antique Solid Silver Hat Pin Cushion Stand

1900 - 1920
Description

A nice example of an antique solid silver hat pin stand with a red velvet cushion on a silver base. It is stylish and good quality with a round loop finial and flower shaped mount for holding the pins.

It is clearly hallmarked for James Deakin & Sons, Chester, 1913.

It is in good condition for its age. There are some small dinks around the silver base and some faint surface marks and minor signs of age and use but nothing detrimental. It has been gently cleaned and polished and displays beautifully.
