There are slight differences between the chairs and they are not all identical but certainly go together nicely as a set.
The chairs are a good size and are comfortable to sit in. The seats are approximately 16 1/2" (42cm) high, 16" (41cm) deep and 19" (48cm) wide. The chairs themselves are 37" (94cm) high.
They are in very good condition with a lovely patina. The chairs are firm and the joints are strong. The rush has recently been redone and is in excellent condition. There are a few knocks and light scuffs around the legs and some minor age-related marks here and there but nothing detrimental. They have had some restoration carried out at some point and there are some small old repairs here and there including some replacement spindles. A few of the chairs have some old woodworm holes which have all been treated as a precaution and haven't affected the chairs structurally or aestheticaly. They have all been cleaned and lightly polished and they are ready for use.
