Antique Five Finger Solid or Sterling Silver Cigar Case

Description

Created from a good thick guage of silver, this rare five finger cigar case is heavy and substantial.

The outside is decorated all over with stunning foliate engraving. The front has a large cartouche which has a highly decorative monogram to the centre.

The hinge and catch are in superb condition and in perfect working order. The interior is beautifully gilded and this is where the hallmark can be found for Birmingham 1910 together with the makers mark for J Gloster Ltd.

Excellent condition measuring 5 1/4" x 3 7/8".
