Pair of Antique French Tapestry Armchairs

1920 - 1940
Description

Pair of antique French style walnut framed armchairs with tapestry insets on the backs, arm pads & seat cushions.

They are in very good original condition & I believe the fabric which is slightly textured could be original. These chairs are structurally sound & I would date them to around the 1930-50’s period. The curved backs make them more comfortable & the frames have some fine carvings in various places.
