Jacquet was a Belgian artist who worked in a realistic style, mainly watercolours. He was born in Lorraine, France in 1841 he was a teacher at the Academy of Brussels living at 96, Rue de Linute he had an exhibition at Generale de Beaux Arts at Salon Triennale – Brussels Venue Palais du Cinquantenaire on May 4th 1914 and Nov 2nd 1914. He died in 1921.
