Description

This handsome James Dixon hip flask has a detachable hallmarked silver cup and bayonet top with a brown leather covered glass body.

The flask has a sight level on both sides and is a good size that holds 8 fl oz.

The flask has a wonderful tactile feel and sits nicely in a pocket. A lovely clean and usable item that would make a wonderful gift. The bayonet top is tight and seals well so does not leak. The detachable cup has a gilt interior and is in beautifully clean condition.

Holds: 8 fl oz - 1/2 pint - 250 ml.

Height: 16.5 cm / 6 1/2" approx.

Condition: In excellent condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. A very clean and tidy flask. The hinged lid closes tightly with no leaks. The cup slides on and off of the flask well and stays firmly in place. The leather is in excellent condition. The silver and glass is in excellent condition with no splits, dents or chips.
